Generally new posts are intended for a change in topic. Otherwise, just exchange comments as if you were carrying on an email conversation.
Quick and dirty... Click on post to create a post (attach picture when creating post if you have one to attach if not no sweat) click on comment to comment on a post- if you have more questions I'll see what I can do to help... if there is a problem I will try and figure out what is going on.
Not sure if you did something different, but I am seeing a lot more on your page than I did when I last checked in, including stuff from back in September that I didn't even know was there before. Might have to do with where I check in from. The network at the hospital has some filters that might be blocking. Anyway, good to see you trying. Keep at it.
